Hey, I was wondering. I know the second season had just come out and I just watched it and it was great. I was wondering. The rumored date for the third season Oct 12, 2010. Is that just a rumor or is that true? Also, do you think we'll have to wait a whole another year for the third season?

I read some where that they're doing a once a year approach for this show which isn't really a bad idea in a way. But, unfortunitly if you make people wait to long they start to lose interest after awhile.

What they could do is what MPI did with the first two seasons of Here's Lucy. The first season was released last august and season two was released in either November or December. I can't remember which. But the Here's Lucy first season wasn't out long or had just came out before season two was announced. Maybe they could do this for the third season of The Lucy Show if they have enough material ready. Please let me know what you think. Thanks.

It most likely will not be this year. They have to do the same thing with the episodes--digitally remaster them, obtain extras such as sponsor openings, commercials and cast interviews. MPI is able to put out HL at a rapid pace because the episodes had already been previously remastered when it was thought Shout! was going to release more...the HL episode masters were also kept well preserved, so the effort wasn't as much as it is for the masters of The Lucy Show.

Wow Marvo! You've watched the whole thing already? I'm only on the second disc. I'm amazed at how many episodes I've never ever seen before! :)
