Two wonderful things happened within the past week. My friend here in town (she sometimes goes by Squirrell on the boards) her niece had a baby boy...of Hispanic descent. Now this is an everyday thing in the world I know except for one thing. She called me to say that the baby boy was beautiful...and the moment he entered the world his long dark hair looked as if it had been combed. I told her that the angels must have combed it in preparation of him meeting the world...she called me back an hour later to tell me that when he was born CATM was on...it was the weekend they showed the bath tub episode and they were watching it in the waiting room. Freddie must know how important it is to make a good appearnce and wanted the baby to look good. We both had quite a time discussing the miracle of that event.
Second wonderful surprise...I went to the mailbox and gathered up about 4 Christmas cards...one of them was from Isaac Ruiz. Inside the card he said he wished my family all of God's rich blessings for the holiday season...signed my Amigo Isaac (Mando from Chico And The Man). I was thrilled all day long. If I can get my hubby to hook up the scanner I'll scan it to share it with y'all.

Congrats! The baby is really cute I bet! & Isaac sounds like a really nice guy! :)

Chicosladyfair, you have received two wonderful and sweet surprises!! Congratulations to your friend on the birth of her darling bundle of joy! He sounds so adorable. That was a lovely statement about the angels being there to prepare him to meet the world.

I too recieved a Christmas card from Isaac today also wishing the exact same greeting. I was thrilled last week when he called me early in the moring stating he recieved the Christmas card I sent him. I thought the little sketches he made inside the card he had sent were cute also. He too sighned it your Amigo Isaac.:happyface . It was so unexpected It made my day !

LOL! Maybe Isaac has a whole stack of cards he sends out to all his grateful fans...LOL! How funny that we received the same card. LOL!!! Isn't that a hoot? LOL!!! Did your's have tiny little angels playing instruments on the front? LOL!!!
