Hello, everyone. I'm a huge unsolved mysteries fan and am ecstatic to see a forum devoted to it. There are some excellent posters here!

I am wondering about a case which UM aired around 1991-1992 (if I recall correctly). It was about this couple who had traveled to Canada and was staying overnight at a rest stop in their trailer. A gunman, claiming to be a police officer, forced his way in and killed the woman. The man was shot but survived. I recall seeing a youtube video of this segment, but I cannot find it at the moment. Any info on this case (such as the names of the gunman or the couple, or a link to the video) would be greatly appreciated. I apologize if there is already a thread devoted to this case.

try searching on the unmentionable website for "Blind River rest stop murders".

If that doesn't come up, search that really popular search engine that starts with a "G".

It is on one of them. Hope they have caught that $%&*er. That one has always bothered me.

Just noticed that there may be an update. An ex cop was arrested for the crimes? I will look into that and see what I can find.

No problem.

Also, if you are interested, here is the thread for a discussion on this website. I did a short search on the web and it turns out this is still unsolved.
