Some years ago it was suggested this was actually a mistake in the Tylenol lab, as cyanide is used at one stage in testing the product. At the time this case took place I dumped a full bottle of the stuff down the toilet and, as I recall, didn't use Tylenol again for years. I know only the basics of this case. Did any of the victims' families end up in a civil suit with Tylenol? I don't ever recall reading anything about it, if it happened.
