Well, Bewitched and Jeannie were taped on the same lot and produced by the same company (Screen Gems). So that's why you see a lot of similiarities.

...known as the "Columbia Ranch", which was used by Columbia Pictures and its TV subsidiary, Screen Gems, for various outdoor sequences, located not too far from their main studio. And on that backlot was a "suburban block" featuring a tract of homes (some "real", others merely "props") that could represent ANY typical neighborhood, in movies {especially Columbia's "Blondie" series during the '30s and '40s} and TV shows. Virtually every Screen Gems-produced sitcom, from the '50s through the early '70s, used that "neighborhood" for outdoor sequences, beginning with "FATHER KNOWS BEST" [the "Anderson" house was originally "Blondie's" home], turning up again and again on "THE DONNA REED SHOW", "DENNIS THE MENACE", "HAZEL", "BEWITCHED", "GIDGET", "I DREAM OF JEANNIE", "THE MONKEES", "THE SECOND HUNDRED YEARS", and "THE PARTRIDGE FAMILY" {to name but a few}. If you saw those shows often enough, Carl, you probably had the feeling, "I've seen that house before". Same thing with "standing sets"; they were often interchangeable in various Screen Gems series (and, as Screen Gems/Columbia was somewhat of a "cheap" production outfit, this happened often). You might see Samantha & Darrin's living room, slightly "redressed", in several "I DREAM OF JEANNIE" episodes- or Tony Nelson's kitchen as Larry Tate's kitchen on "BEWITCHED".
The "Columbia Ranch" is known as the "Warner Ranch" today, as Warner Bros. acquired that backlot from Columbia in the '70s.

Yes, not only did they reuse a lot of the same sets in different shows, but props as well. Just check out these links from Bewitched's Harpies Bizzare site:

I think the Kravitz kitchen on Bewitched was Tony Nelson's kitchen on I Dream on Jeannie.

It's the Kravitz kitchen from the Sandra Gould as Gladys years.
