They hid it well... Towards the end of the season she had many scenes hidden behind a desk or where she was wearing overcoats... The magic of television!

Ditto. I must admit though, I look forward to seeing C.D. work with a male partner once again. Hopefully he will challenge her and just make her better at what she does. Of course I look forward to her setting him straight as well...

Oh yeah that one REALLY shows it. Most of the time though you couldn't tell

I was just thinking of the particular scene that you posted. It was the first epi I watched and I immediatly said, "She is pregnant". She has gained a bit of "baby weight" in her face too but still looks great!
