46 episodes of "Taxi" will air on a 24 hour marathon on WPIX (WB-11) in NY/NJ. It starts Saturday December 29th at 7:00PM and runs through Sunday December 30th at 7:00PM. (On Saturday December 29th from 10:00-11:00PM, News will air though.)

Cool, does this mean that WPIX will carry Taxi on a basis or is this just a one time filler thing? This makes the 5th channel that Taxi has been on in NYC. First on WABC and WNBC in network first run, then on WNEW/WNYW and WWOR in syndication. WOW, it seems that a lot more local channels are starting to pick up Taxi again. Must be a pretty cheap show, cost wise.

Taxi is on WPIX 11 every Saturday from 6:00-7:00 PM...and I of course watch it every saturday. It'll be really cool to watch the marathon.

When did that happen? I see something else listed, Andromedia or something.
I thought the first time it will be on WPIX is on Christmas night at 3AM, then the marathon on Dec 29-30.

It sounds like Taxi has now aired on eyery Major New York commercial station except WCBS 2.

:( I don't live in New York, but of course I stay up and watch it on TV Land.

Taxi can now be seen every Monday-Friday at 1am on the WB11(WPIX) in the New York area!

Where I live, Taxi airs on TV Land at 1 AM and WGN (WB) at 2 AM. I usually tape it and watch while I'm getting ready for class.
