Who's your fave character and why???

Family Ties is a show where I feel the need to have a favorite character in the male and the female categories.

If you´re counting all characters, then my favorite is definitely Ellen (Tracy Pollan).

If you´re only counting the regular cast members, then I would have to say Jennifer. But it´s a close call then, I can´t really say a favorite among only the regulars.

Alex is my fave character because I find it humorous how someone could be so interested in politics that he would try to teach his baby brother about politicians by showing him a portrait of a politician and talking about who the person is and why they're important. I mean, sure politicians are important in the world, but it's humourous to try to teach a baby about politcs, since all they would probably do is drool and not really understand the importance of it all.

Alex P. Keaton! Because he's played by Michael J. Fox! And I ADORE Michael!

My favorite characters are Jennifer and Andrew Keaton.

I have to go with Skippy. He was probably the most genuine character on the show next to Steven Keaton. (Albeit he was a genuine goof but genuine nonetheless.)

I still say Mal picked the wrong guy! ^_^

Alex and Mallory. I love the Bateman family! Mallory was so great on FT and her brother Jason was so funny and cute on Silver Spoons!

My favorite is definitely Ellen Reed. Among the permanent cast (not including guest stars), I guess I would have to say Jennifer, although I'm not completely sure...

Alex P. Keaton is definitely my favorite character, too. I am a lot like him. Though I'm definitely a democrat, and I'm not obsessed with money. Also he is really funny, and played by Michael J. Fox.

Oh, forgot to mention, I am a strict, young, conservative, republican.:) But I hold nothing against you being a democrat. ;) Just don't get in any political battles with me..hehe! :p

That's actually quite a tough question. Actually no its not, I'd say Alex P. Keaton any day, but I generally just love the entire cast and can't pick between them. Though usually I'd say Alex I actually voted Steven. He makes me laugh so much! :lol: :happyface
