LOS ANGELES (AP) Reality star Dean McDermott is being treated for a punctured and collapsed lung after a motorcycle accident.
Publicist Meghan Prophet says McDermott will remain in intensive care "for a few more days" but is expected to make a full recovery.
McDermott and his wife, Tori Spelling, star in the Oxygen reality show "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood."

Dean McDermott, who's recovering from a collapsed lung suffered in a dirt bike accident, was moved out of intensive care Friday, according to wife Tori Spelling.
The "Beverly Hills, 90210" actress wrote on her Twitter that McDermott had been moved from the ICU to a regular room at an undisclosed Los Angeles-area hospital.
The "Tori & Dean" star received three stitches, in addition to the collapsed lung. He injured himself Tuesday after smashing his chest into the bars on his bike in what he called a "freak accident" on his Twitter.
"Let's just say, I won't be dirt biking anymore," he wrote on Friday.

Dean McDermott has been discharged from the hospital, says wife Tori Spelling.
McDermott, who was being treated for a punctured and collapsed lung following a dirt bike accident last week, was released Tuesday afternoon, Spelling tweeted. She said she picked him up with their kids, Liam, 3, and Stella, 2.

What do you all think of Tori Spelling?
You know, I didn't think I would, but I have really enjoyed their reality show. I'm not a huge Tori Spelling fan, but I think she has been through a lot in life. Growing up in the priveldged life-style she did came with some serious disadvantages as well. I think she is trying to grow up and face the realities of life.
I'm glad to hear Dean is out of the hospital. I wish them both well.
