In the ep:
1. "A Rose A Day" who turns out to be the secret admirer sending Harriet "a rose a day?"
2. "Trip Trap", June bamboozles Dave into taking her on a trip to ...............
3. "The Pennies", what's so special about the Tiger's pennies?
4. "Ozzie A Go Go" who is Mrs. Peabody and why does she knock on Ozzie's door?

5. From the early episode commercials, what future actress portrayed The Happy Hotpoint girl?
****Discussion Question****
Ozzie clearly was a valuable contributer to the show, but do you think his MOST VALUABLE contributions were behind the scenes, in front of the camera, or both -- and why.

I 'll answer question 1: Wally who eats at the Nelsons about five times a week is the secret admirer.
Also the Happy Hotpoint Girl (question 5) is none other than Mary Tyler Moore.
I'll think about the discussion question and get back to you.

The Tigers pennies were from their special collection regarding dates and serial letters. They were also trying to out do the girls.

I'll post the responses to any unanswered question on Tuesday.
My take on the discussion question:
I always felt Ozzie's best contributions were behind the scenes. He was an excellent producer and his law background made him a shrewd negotiator regarding contracts. He made sure Rick would leave performing with a nice nest egg. Sadly, Rick was not great at finances and Kris turned out to be a major spendthrift--running through practically everything (at least according to the bios)
In front of the camera Ozzie did an adequate job - but his acting (and singing) were not steller - esp. in comparison to Ricky and Harriet. It is possible, though, that Ozzie was purposely being understated to be a better foil and straight man to Harriet and the boys.

The answer to Q#2 is Hawaii and for Q#4 Mrs. Peabody is a member of the Music Appreciation Commitee for the Civic League. She knocks on the Nelson's door to tell them that the mayor has proclaimed next week "Better Music Week" and that the Civic League, in conjuction with the Better Music Bureau, is planning a series of events that is kicking off with a piano recital. (Those who recognize the character actress playing Mrs. Peabody will be surpised to learn that she DOES NOT get a splitting headache - LOL a la Mrs. Stephens)
