I like the scenery and the mountains all around. I also like the weather... no snow and many pleasant days. What I don't like are the earthquakes but, luckily, those do not happen too often. I live only about 6 miles from a few former movie location ranches. Iverson is the most well-known- many movies were filmed there from around 1912 in the '90s. A lot of episodes of the TV show "Bonanza" were filmed there (the hills and mountains you see are the Santa Susana Mts. and Simi Hills).
