WEST CHESTER, Pa. -- Bam Margera, star of MTV's "Jackass" and "Viva La Bam" has been hospitalized, TMZ.com reports.

According to the website, Margera was attacked by a woman armed with a bat outside of a bar he owns in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Police tell TMZ it happened at around 2 a.m. Saturday after some sort of fight between the two of them.

As a result of the argument, the reality TV star was allegedly clubbed in the back of the head by the woman.

The woman, who has not been identified, was arrested and charged with assault.

Margera was taken to the Chester County Hospital.

His condition is unknown.

I know women carry an amazing amount of stuff in their purses but a baseball bat? That's not exactly something you would expect a woman to be carrying around. I hope Mr. Margera will be all right and will fully recover from his injuries.

There are two very valuable lessons to be learned here:
1. a man should never expose himself in front of a woman armed with a sharp weapon! Yikes!!!!!! :eek: :eek:
2. Never make a woman with a baseball bat angry!!

Ehh, here I logged on thinking an actual "bat" (the flying, screeching kind) had somehow assaulted one of the yahoos on "Jackass".

Imagine my disappointment when I found it was just a routine 'human to human' beating.

No, no I don't want to see anyone hurt...but honestly, wouldn't that have been a grabber of a story?

After all the dangerous situations he has purposefully put himself into, it's an angry woman with a baseball bat that takes him down!!! :eek: :eek: :eek: I hope he makes a complete & speedy recovery.
