i have only seen the following segment twice and it was a few years ago so my memory is a little hazy...can anyone fill me in?

I think it was a story of a man who got involved with this cult and the leader of it was this woman- and they showed her photograph several times during the segment- and all I remember is she had the most freakiest eyes I have ever seen. I remeber when I was watching it my mother came into the room and even she was freaked out! I think the man disappeared and they suspected the cult....that's all I really remember but I was wondering if anyone was familiar with this case and if there are any updates? Thanks
