I do! It aired in first run syndication and it aired in the Cleveland market on Saturday nights. I did watch it when it was originally on but haven't seen it in years.

Another reason why they should not do remakes.

True, but it was still great to see the Big Guy, Herb, Les and Dr. Fever (played by their original portrayers!) on a regular basis again. That was probably the only really good thing about the show!

I was disappointed with it too. The new cast just didn't gell together like the old cast did.

Not to mention there was a lot of cast turnover in just two seasons. Of course, on the first WKRP show, the original cast remained intact for all four seasons.

I agree. But at least it was called The New WKRP In Cincinnati. Nowadays it seems like all of the remakes have the exact same title as the original show.

I did used to watch it. It came on Saturday mornings in St. Louis. I think later on it switched to being aired in the afternoon.

I think a lot of fans (myself included) didn't want to even imagine WKRP without Andy, Baily, Venus, and Jennifer much less see it on their TV every week. In my mind the entire original cast is still working together at that 5000 watt radio station we all know and love!
