That did NOT feature Raymond Burr?Yes,I know that during the 1962-1963 season he was hospitalized briefly (he appeared briefly in 3 1962-1963 episodes but other actors, the late Bette Davis played Atty.Constance Doyle in "The Case of the Constant Doyle"(her character bore a VERY strong resemblance to Angela Lansbury's Jessica Fletcher in "Murder, she wrote"),the late Michael Rennie played Law Professor Edward Langley in "The Case of the Libelous Locket",the late Walter Pidgeon played Atty.Sherman Hatfield in "The Case of the Surplus Suitor",and Hugh 0'Brian as Atty.Bruce Jason in "The case of the Two-faced Turn-a-bout"),but returned as "Perry Mason",In the 1964-1965 season, when during a contract dispute,he did NOT appear at all in 2 episodes from that season,(but he WAS in all the rest from 1964-1965)1964's "The Case of the Bullied Bowler"with Mike Connors as Atty.Joe )Kelly, and 1965's "The Case of the Thermal Thief"with the late Barry Sullivan as Atty.Ken Kramer, but was in all 1965-1966 episodes. On a scale from 1`-10,with 10 being very good, rate these rare episodes-My ratings-"The Case of the Constant Doyle","The Case of the Libelous Locket",-8 "The Case of the Thermal Thief","The Case of the Surplus Suitor"-7.5 "The Case of the Two-Faced Turn-a-Bout"-6.5 and "The Case of the Bullied Bowler"-5
