It seems after his loss to David Cook a couple of seasons ago, people began tuning out. Is that correct or incorrect? I am curious

I just think people are finally tiring of the show. JMHO.

i can't believe i missed this thread! clearly, that grand form of injustice was a major nail in the coffin for Idol. it didn't help that Seasons 8 & 9 were terrible. then Glee came and Idol became yesterday's news.
