"Basketball Wives" Scores Second Season

VH1 fans are in for another dose of reality.


Today, the network officially ordered second seasons of reality series "Brandy & Ray J: A Family Business", "Basketball Wives" and "What Chilli Wants", according to the Live Feed.





"VH1 viewers connected strongly with these three new series this year, and we're so happy that we can continue to share these real-life stories from the worlds of music and celebrity," said VH1 Executive Vice President, Original Programming & Production, Jeff Olde.





"Basketball Wives" is not unlike the "Real Housewives" on Bravo, but these ladies are connected to some of the biggest stars in the world: players from the NBA, including queen bee Shaunie, Shaquille O'Neal's lady.

Next season promises to bring some new wives onto the court. Interviews are being conducted and filming will commence in Miami this summer.


And as an added bonus, there will be a special "Basketball Wives: The Reunion", airing Sun., June 20 at 10PM.





"What Chilli Wants" stars singer Chilli of the R&B group TLC, and focuses on her love life.
To help her figure it all out, she's turned to Tionna Smalls, a relationship guru from Brooklyn.





Real-life siblings Brandy Norwood and Ray J are the centerpiece of "Brandy & Ray J: A Family Business", and the show is a family affair.
Their mother, Sonja, and father, Willie, are on the show and part of the family's record company, Rn'B Productions.

Great, I watch Basketball W & Chilli. By the way, in the "olden" days, TV seasons used to be new episodes for practically all of Aug/Sept through May/June. I don't like how these days, a season is like a few episodes.

I just started watching Basketball Wives because of the cute women on there. I know Shaunie used to be married to Shaq. I saw Matt Barnes wife for the first time and she's hot. I also saw former NBA player Antoine Walker's ex-wife and she's hot. Former NBA player Rafer Alston's wife is hot. Former NBA player Kenny Anderson's ex-wife got a jealousy issue with the other women on the show. She got into a fight with Antoine Walker's ex-wife because Antoine's ex-wife told her she had sex with Kenny Anderson when Kenny's ex-wife was married to him hahahahahahahahahaha. I think that Antoine's ex-wife shouldn't have told her that. She should've kept that to herself. I saw Ron Artest's wife on there and she looks just as crazy as him because you gotta be a crazy woman to be married to that clown LOL. Former NBA player Doug Christie's wife seems like a control freak and i think she has a jealousy issue with other women. JamesG, when does the next season of Basketball Wives come on? I like that black woman on there who's boyfriend has a business and i don't think he's played in the NBA before. I forgot her name but she's cute. It does seem though like she likes keeping some drama going between the women because she'll tell the women that are being dissed by the other women what was said about them LOL.

I haven't watched Basketball Wives in awhile and i wish Tami Roman who was married to former NBA player Kenny Anderson should be off the show because she keeps some drama going. She's always arguing with the other women. I like Evelyn's friend and i like Evelyn. I can't think of Evelyn's friend name but she's cute and i like her personality. Is Basketball Wives still on VH1? I know there's a new Basketball Wives in Los Angeles and i don't watch it.
