They waited for the series finale to try and spinoff Schneider, but by that time, the show & its characters were out of gas. What do you think? Would a Schneider led show have appealed to you?

View Full Version : Why did They Wait So Long to Try And Give Schneider His Own Show? Marvo301 05-22-2010, 10:37 PM I think Schneider was great as a supporting character but I don't think he had enough substance or likability to be a lead character. tv star collector 05-23-2010, 02:59 PM Enos Fish Flo Joanie Loves Chachi The Lone Gunmen Need I say more? catlover79 08-24-2010, 12:29 PM ^ You could've stopped at just one title and still have made your point.  Mr. Television 08-24-2010, 01:17 PM It would depend on the kind of show it was. I never actually saw the pilot episode. I watched the final ODAT episode and after seeing Ann leave the apartment ( with flashbacks of Barbara and Julie when they were young), I decided that was the perfect way for me to say goodbye to them. I believe during that last season, I had missed about half the episodes anyway. It was time for the show to end. |
