I figured that, before turning in, I may as well attempt one more time to try and stimualte some conversation about this fine series! After I have slept for eight or so hours, I plan on coming back to see if anything that I have written has finely generated a response. The theme of this thread will to be commemorate the number of views of my thread titled "Off to Japan". Fourteen years ago, ABC TV attempted to try yet another series about the Muppets. This incarnation was called "Muppets Tonight". It was on at half-past-eight Easter Time Friday Nights. As a lot of you probably know, by this stage in the game, Jim Henson had already been dead for several years. I guess that, with him gone, the bulk of the magic was gone and could never really be replaced! You are truely missed Jim!
