Does anyone remember this particular fraud case:

This wealthy family (who lived in New York City, if I remember correctly) who were powerful too. They gained access to the local hospitals and made fake medical bills to gain even more money. I know they were caught, but only after being on the run for awhile.

If I remember right, it was actually a doctor. He bilked Medicare and Medicaid for millions. I can't remember the whole story, though...

Sounds like Shelden Weinberg(sp?) and his 2 sons Jay and I can't remember the other one. I think Jay got released and his Dad and brother are still locked up?

It was on Spike not too long ago. Farina said that the father and one of the sons are out and one of the sons is still in jail if I remember correctly.

I wasn't sure of the exact details. I looked it up on youtube but they cut the update
