SNL tonight was great! The whole show was funny. Usually the opening monologue is silly, and the skits during the last 45 minutes are lame. But not tonight! The entire 90 minutes was hilarious. If I'm not mistaken, Betty was in every skit. They gave her solid material that was tailor made for her, and she knocked it out of the park. She hasn't lost her skill and timing at all! It was also great seeing all those SNL alums.

And the reviews are in. No surprises!

Wow! This is like deja vu all over again! I could've sworn I just saw a similar thread like this...;)

The ratings were better than they've been the last two years, and Betty seems to be getting great reviews across the board!

The highest SNL ratings since November 2008, which is when Tina Fey was making those guest appearances as Sarah Palin.

If I were SNL, I'd book her for a return visit in the fall: At Betty's age, I wouldn't wait another year to bring her back.

I know Betty's in good health and good spirits, but I wouldn't take any chances.

Besides, in the old days, hosts like Steve Martin would host the the show twice a season. During the third season, I believe he hosted the show three times!!

I wouldn't be surprised if they're already discussing that with her agent!

I doubt she'll do it again. For some reason, she doesn't like New York. Not to be a "Debbie Downer" though. Ultimately, I hope she comes back, also! :)

She was amazing, I hope they do bring her back. The ratings were the best in a while and they need the ratings.
