According to Shout's website it should be out next month but that date could change. It will be an exclusive http://www.shoutfactory.com/browse/313/exclusives.aspx#

Ha, good job, you found our "scoop" for this weeks Digital Digest (http://blog.sitcomsonline.com/2010/05/digital-digest-alvin-and-chipettes-in.html) before we got a chance to post it! I'm really excited about this release and hopefully we'll have more info on it next week!

Sorry if this is off-topic, but I hope season 2 of Small Wonder being released shortly after its first season is a good sign of season 5 of Mr. Belvedere being around the corner.

Brian Ward even stated over on Shout's message boards that they had some more stuff lined up as part of their collection of online exclusives. Hopefully, season 5 of Mr. Belvedere is one of them.

I can relate the two shows, because both shows used to be on KTTV Fox 11 in Los Angeles (which is where I live), and were among some of the very first sitcoms I ever saw, even though my memories are very vague. Except that Small Wonder was in syndication from the very beginning, Mr. Belvedere was originally on ABC. The latter even had episodes featuring guest starring appearances by some of the Small Wonder cast!

I hope so too... they always aired together in syndication here too, and even disappeared at the exact same time, so I relate them together too all the time. It seems with Shout! Factory, that once they get to a third release of a series, they have a tendency to see things to completion... so Mr. Belvedere wouldn't be surprising at all.

Also according to tvshowsondvd some of the upcoming exclusive titles are ones that were previously sold in stores. I wonder which ones. Obviously DTC is doing well for them. That's good. I'm betting the DTC titles will be shows that aired in the 80's & 90's. I don't think older titles would work well on DTC.

And yes, I'm sure we'll be seeing more Mr Belvedere in the near future.

Glad to see SW Season 2 being released next month. I agree with everyone else that hopefully Mr. Belvedere S5 is released. I also hope My Two Dads gets its final season released.

Can you buy stuff of of Amazon US?

If so, there's a seller on Amazon US that sells the Shout Select exclusive sets.

Yes, this is marvalous news!!
I have just started watching it today!

When I first heard of the show, back when I saw an advertisment of the first season coming to DVD, I read into it and thought it was interesting. Then today I got the first disc of Season 1 from NetFlix and seeing the promos I wondered if I'd like it, or find it boring.

But I like it! It's pretty funny and cute. I hope ALL 4 seasons come out!
And some how since it's 'Shout Factory', I'm not worrying too much... yet, LOL.

Anyone know if there are going to be any bonus features again this time around? I loved the commentaries from Season 1. It would be sure nice to see Tiffany Brissette and/or Emily (Schulman) Webster involved. I guess we'll just have to wait and see!!

I think it's going to be barebones. The Select titles have very small budgets and apprently season one didn't sell as well as they hoped :( I would love to hear Tiffany's thoughts on the show, but unfortunately doesn't look like it's going to happen.

I agree, but at least we're getting S2 on DVD. Hopefully the remaining two seasons will follow just as quickly.
