July 13th 2012 - that's when the ice shifts, the acorn falls [again], and Ray Romano's ever-so distinguishable voice again bellows through a packed auditorium of ankle-biters.
Twentieth Century Fox has announced plans for a new "3D" (well, of course!) sequel to silly 'n snowy CGI kiddie hit "Ice Age". The fourth film in the popular kiddie saga, "Ice Age : Continental Drift" will be sandwiched between the "Dark Knight" sequel, released a week prior, and the "Spider-Man" reboot, out the week after.
No word on plot yet, but it's assumed voice actors Romano, Denis Leary, John Leguizamo and Queen Latifah will return.
