Hey, I was just wondering. Does anybody know of a list of shows on DVD that have been released unedited and with no music replacements or having syndicated episodes snuck in? I'm talking shows that have all their episodes intact in all seasons. Bonus material doesen't really matter I'm just curious about the episodes. Here are a few I can think of

Reba - Seasons 1 - 6: I think this series is mostly the original broadcast versions.

7th Heaven - Seasons 1 & 2 I think are all unedited but, started season 3 on they did music replacements and cutting out scenes.

I Love Lucy - Most of I Love Lucy is intact exept for 4 episodes in Season 4 and TLDCH Shows.

I know of three:
3rd rock from the sun (in the UK, the US versions had syndicated eps in s1-2)
Roseanne (in Germany, the US version had syndicated eps in s1 and edited eps in s8-9)
Ellen (appearantly uncut)

Reba is deffinitly unedited, the only thing is that in the episode where Kyra tapes Van "getting in the zone" in season six, her video originally contained a drum beat in the background, but that's been edited out in reruns and on the dvd. Not a big deal, it's just a simple drum noise. But all of the episodes are in full tact, including the 2 one hour long episodes.

What the the four episodes from Season 4 that we're unedited? They looked fine to me. I bought the same package again since one of the discs from the previous copy containing Lucy's trip to California was somewhat scratched and won't play very well.

The Andy Griffith Show: In season 3, "The Darling's Are Coming", the episode is edited either due to a song in it or a syndication copy, otherwise the set is 99.99% complete depending on one's judgment. Still is one of the top notch shows on television if you long for the simple things.

There a four episodes episodes in season 4 of I Love Lucy is edited from it's original network run. The have some missing footage that isn't in the episodes but, they're on disk 4 four as bonus material as lost footage. the episodes I'm referring to are... "Ethel's Birthday, First Stop, Tennessee Bound, and LA, At Last". Also, most of the episodes in the Lucy/Desi Comedy hour are edited but, the they have the missing footage as lost scenes on the disks as bonus material. Lucy Take a Cruise To Havanna in that set is the only one that's intact. Hope this helps for the edited episodes in I Love Lucy. Besides those the rest of the I Love Lucy set are all unedited. "THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES" ULTIMATE COLLECTION VOLUME 1 & 2 all have unedited episodes.

I'm pretty sure all 5 seasons of Remington Steele are unedited.
