A local store had the ILL Movie DVD for sale when I was there this evening, so I picked it up. For those who have the Complete Series set, is there any additional bonus material available in that box that is not available on this release, or anything else for that matter? Or as a collector who has the sets purchased on an individual basis/Columbia House subscription do I have everything released now? I just want to make sure I'm complete! Thanks!

I'm pretty sure this DVD release are the exclusive features made available, at first, only in the complete set.

Thanks everyone who replied! This is what I wanted to check on ... though one more question I have and maybe someone can help me. Was there some additional footage released on a "bonus" disc to season 4? Apparently there were some issues with a transfer on that set, and a bonus disc was available. However, since I had the shows from Columbia House I don't know if that additional footage was ever made available. Does anyone know what I'm talking about, or am I going crazy?!?!? Thanks again for all the help!

Not sure on that one, I too started with columbia house, it was such a novelty, but paying nearly $20 each for 4 episodes makes me cringe now....I eventually gave them to my sister, than I started buying the 4 episode collections when they were in stores, of course they didn't match the pink columbia house ones, which annoyed me....so I stopped.....bought season one when fully released and continued from there...I never heard of any more bonus material on the season 4 set. Those sets were pretty much uniformed in content and format, so I would be very surprised if anything was different, I maybe remember a pressing mistake with season 4, but I remember checking my disc (I think it was an edit) and maybe it didn't bother me because it was less than two seconds...thats all I can remember.

I don't know why I continued with the CH discs, especially since they didn't even make season 6 available! Maybe it was convenience, maybe it was laziness, I don't know. When I see the season sets available now at a sale price I should grab them, I do have season 1 set but the rest of the series in CH releases until season 6.

I remember hearing something about the season 4 episode "First Stop". At the beginning while they were driving and reading billboards a joke about Burma Shave was edited from the prints and it wasn't discovered until after season 4 was released. I heard at the time you could contact Paramount Home Video about it and they would send you a replacement disc with the Burma Shave joke included as bonus material (not edited back into the show), but that was a few years ago. I don't know if the offer still stands.
