EVER nice to Samantha's relatives,or any of her witch friends.Darrin #1(Dick York)was nice to Endora (sometimes,especially when Tabitha was born,they embraced),but mostly she was a pain to him.,and Aunt Clara he was nice to,because she,unlike Samantha's other relatives,called him by his right name,etc.,Sure,he did things that annoyed him,but he deep down did like her..

I dont recall seeing Dick York being nice to any of Samantha's relatives. Unless he had to.

DY's Darrin was not nice to Endora or friends with her, rather they were constantly at each others throats & could not stand each other with only rare exceptions.

DY's Darrin was no different towards Endora then DS's Darrin was & if anything was even more hostle towards her as he was always more animated then DS was re Endora & in general.

Other then Aunt Clara Darrin Did not get along with any Witches or Warlocks no matter which one played him, he was polite to Hedley Partridge as i recall.

Also,Dick Sargent's Darrin was sometimes sarcastic to Endora,about as sarcastic as Uncle Arthur was toward her.And in one episode,Dick York's Darrin threw a cream pie meant for Serena,hitting Endora instead.In that one,he had the look of fear,as he held Samantha,who said "oooo..you shouldn't have done that."(she was afraid at what Endora might do ,as Endora angrily wiped pie from her face)My question:Was there ever an episode in the Darrin #2(Dick Sargent)years where he and Samantha were BOTH afraid of what Endora might do?

Well they were both afraid of Endora as to how she would react to their using a magic amulet on her in
"Turn on the old charm" from Season Six # 199.

There were many others where both & especially Samantha were afraid of Endora's reaction to something Darrin did or said.
