1)That the game show "Pyramid"hosted by Donny Osmond was cancelled after one season?And 2)What was the reason that Freemantle/20th Century Fox/Debar-Mercury show "Temptation",which debuted in 2007 and never made it to 2008,and was a good game show,cancelled at midseason?Was it due to low ratings,or what?Both were very enjoyable,and it's a shame they didn't last.

Pyramid was a really good show that had an outstanding host in Donny Osmond and Temptation was a revival of Sale of the Century with first time host Rossi Moreale. But both shows were plagued by low ratings due to competition and didn't last more than a season.

^Actually, Donny Osmond's version of Pyramid ran for two seasons. Temptation was one season and done.

IMHO Donny Osmond did a wonderful job as a game show host and he should try it agin.

Yes -- I used to watch that, and Osmond was well-suited to the task.
