Anyone remember this case? it was a drug deal that went bad and resulted in a house been set on fire and caused the death of 5 children. I saw an update of this case and it said the accused was charged with capital murder and Curley the other accused was shot and killed in a New York subway station.
Any further information available?
I discovered a September 2005 article on the case. Unfortunately, because of insufficient evidence, the arson/murder charges against Vincent Lamont Thomas were dropped. :(

:( I'm sorry, but he looks like Flavor Flav in his mug shot. Sad to see him at this stage of his life, I remember his case a lot. Hopefully he turns around for his family.

One of the saddest cases on UM :(
One of the saddest cases on UM :(
Without a doubt. But the irony is that one of the suspects, Curly Diamond, later became the victim of an unsolved murder - shot to death in New York City in 1992. If that isn't ironic, I don't know what is.

Was really sad to see that he was arrested and seems to be having problems. He has already had so much bad in his life, was hoping he'd get a little bit of happy finally.

Wow yet another case in north Texas that I had no idea about outside of UM. It's crazy until now I did not know this case was solved.

It's an injustice that Vincent Thomas walked away from this a free man. Karma will get him I hope.
