The one where Tabitha casts a spell on someone, but can't reverse it,questions:1)Why couldn't she reverse it,and 2)In the closing toward the end, when Samantha said "Aren't you happy that Tabitha reversed the spell?"Darrin said angrily "Happy?HAPPY?"Then he changed his mind, smiled and said "Oh yeah.Happy.HAPPY!!!"Question-Why was he mad when she reversed the spell?

That was from the Season 6 episode
"Just a Kid Again" # 193.

Irving Bates the Man Tabitha had turned into a 12 year old Boy subconsciously was holding back as he was enjoying his second chance at life as well as living a care free life as a child again.

He changed his viewpoint only when Samantha showed him what he would be missing out on if he stayed a little boy, such as Ruthie ;)

He then was no longer resisting Tabitha which allowed her magic to work.

Darrin was unhappy at first simply because Tabitha had used witchcraft which he was never pleased about taking place.

And in the episode where the song "Every little breeze seems to whisper Louise"was used, what was it about,(as it was awfully complicated to me,at least),and who was it who cast the spell?

Louise Had given Samantha a book called Marital unrest, this concerned Samantha that Louise may have had the book over problems she might be having in her marriage with Larry.

Samantha out of her concern for Louise, while dreaming brought about a Metaphysical Molecular Disturbance that effected only mortals who had come in contact with Witches & brought about a case of switched identities that were apparent to only the mortals involved, with the Witches still knowing who they were the mortals not.

So there was no spell cast, it just happened in of itself due to the circumstances that existed at the time.
