Wow! It's hard to believe she would be 77. I guess in my mind she is forever young and beautiful. Happy Birthday Liz!:birthday:

She would have been 77, and I am 35. I guess that would be the ultimate younger man older woman relationship.

Anyway happy birthday to my sweetie.

What's so sad is that Liz died before her grandchildren were born. But at least they have their grandma's work DVD and that's more than some people can say. As long as they are not watching The Legend of Lizzie Borden yet, that should be OK.

I remember when Elizabeth died, it was 6 days before my 16th birthday. Hard to believe it'll be 15 years next month that she's been gone. I remember watching the Edna Buchanan movies when they originally aired, too bad they weren't on DVD.

Yup, she died just 4 days after my grandma did. The day after Grandma's funeral, my mom and I went to the store and heard the announcement about Lizzie's passing on the radio driving home. So, so sad. :(

I too remember when she passed. I was at home watching The Guiding Light. After it ended CBS did a newsbreak and announced that Liz had passed. I couldnt believe it, it was such a loss. :( :(

Well enough of the sadness.

Sometimes I think back to when Bewitched was on Nick at Nite. I had seen it before of course, but it so fit into their line up at the time, and it was during my high school periold which was a difficult period for me. In a strange way, Bewitched and those other shows helped me get through it.

Here is to my girl Liz

She was one of the classiest, most talented and intelligent ladies in Hollywood. She also seems to have had a remarkably large heart and small ego, qualities I wish more people had.

:rip: Ms. Montgomery and thanks for the memories!
