Is everyone using Lucy stamps on your Christmas cards this year.

Actually I just got my very first batch yesterday and I'll be saving those! :) I was at the post office a few weeks ago trying to buy some and the lady at the counter didn't even know who Lucille Ball was (?!?!?!), much less could she find a few of her stamps for me. There was a long line and I didn't want to hold it up any further so I gave up. Just yesterday though a coworker of mine who knows about my addiction to Lucy brought me one of those Legends of Hollywood sheets with 20 stamps on it plus a small blurb about Lucy. I'll be framing it soon! :)

It's still sad, though, that it took me over four months for me to get a copy. :(

Yea, if you only have one sheet, keep them. I was fortunate enough to get five so I am sharing some. Anyone who doesn't know who Lucy is must be awful young at the post office!. Merry Christmas Joy!

Yes same to you! The lady at the post office was actually an older woman so I don't know how she could have possibly been confused by the name Lucille Ball! She had to ask her coworker if they had any of the stamps, and was told that they'd run out. There was a huge line in back of me and I didn't want to hold it up any further (or be attacked for holding the line up for Lucy stamps!) so I gave up and promised to try again soon.

I wonder If they have Christmas stamps or something???
