Brent Spiner once played 3 roles on an episode of "STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION". Besides his regular role of Data, he also played his evil brother Lore and their creator Dr. Noonian Sing. And he also played Lore in a couple other episodes.
On the finale of "STAR TREK: VOYAGER" Kate Mulgrew, who played Capt Katherine Janeway, also played her future self; ADMIRAL Katherine Janeway.
Once on "STAR TREK: DEEP SPACE 9" Jonathan Frakes, who played Lt. William Riker on "TNG" guest-stared as Rikers evil clone who was created as the result of a transporter malfunction.
On "STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION" Denise Crosby who played Lt. Tasha Yar in the first season guest-stared as her in a second season episode then later played her twin sister in a couple episodes.
William Shatner who, of course played Capt. James Tiberious Kirk on "STAR TREK" once also played an evil duplicate of Kirks, created by a transporter malfunction.
And in another episode he played an alien who made himself look just like Kirk.
And in yet ANOTHER episode he played an android duplicate of Kirks.

once, on a "THE HONEYMOONERS" sketch on "THE JACKIE GLEASON SHOW" in the 50s, Jackie played Ralph and a gangster who looked just like him. (on that episode the show was done live, and they had to end the sketch abruptley when they ran out of time)
And in a christmas sketch of "THE HONEYMONERS" again in the 50s on "THE JACKIE GLEASON SHOW" he played Ralph of course; but he also played the other characters he did on the show. The sketch was a remake of one they had done earlier, when it was on The Dumont Network and was called "THE CALVACADE OF STARS".

There's probably been many on soaps over the years.

On Y&R:

Jeanne Cooper has played Katherine Chancellor and Marge Cotrooke.

Michelle Stafford has played Phyllis Newman and Sheila Carter.

Currently, Stacy Haiduk is playing Patty Williams and Emily Peterson, and Tracey E. Bregman is playing Lauren Fenmore and Sarah Smythe/Sheila Carter.

I never watched Days, but I know Eileen Davidson played multiple characters.

Another World:

Ellen Wheeler (1984-86) - Vicky and Marley Hudson, winning an Emmy in the process. In 1998, Wheeler returned to AW as Marley and played the role until the show was cancelled the next year.

Anne Heche (1987-91) - In her first major gig, Anne took over the role of the twins and made them her own. Just like Ellen Wheeler, Ms. Heche won an Emmy for the dual role.

Jensen Buchanan (1991-94, 1997-98) - When Anne Heche left AW, Jensen Buchanan took over the dual role but only played it for 3 years. When her contract was up for renewal in 1994, Ms. Buchanan wanted to ease her workload and only wanted to play one character - Vicky. So Marley was phased out and Jensen only played Vicky for 3 years. Marley finally returned to AW in 1997 as played by Ms. Buchanan until Marley was burned in a fire. Plastic surgery and voila - in came original portrayer Ellen Wheeler, which explained why the identical twins no longer had identical features. Like Wheeler and Heche before her, Buchanan was nominated for an Emmy. Unlike the other two, she never won.
