Gary Unmarried, unless I'm mistaken, has not aired since March 17th. Is
the series on hiatus, or has it been cancelled? Does anyone know why it has
been pre-empted for three straight weeks? :confused:

Gary has already aired its season finale and been replaced in the timeslot with Accidentally on Purpose. It hasn't officially been cancelled yet, a decision will be made at the May upfronts. I wouldn't expect it to come back though.

You would think that if the show was not expected to come back that they would not leave the audience hanging with the way the show ended. It is odd that the season was only 17 episodes? I initially thought that with the short season it does not sound like good news for this series, but with the story line unresolved, perhaps it is coming back for a third season? It could be that it may come back during mid season, if not this fall. I guess we will find out in about a month or so at the latest.
