Tracy Morgan got choked up on Oprah when talking about his love of Tina Fey and her ability to understand him.
"She's my friend," Tracy told Oprah, as he started to get choked up. "Tina's my friend. I love her. I love her. I love that girl, man."
He went on to say that she got his voice as "she partied with me."
