I think it's episode 15 from season 5, The Lost Weekend where Theo throws the party while his parents are out of town and a lot of things in the household get broken, and Cliff takes him AWAY. The particular line you are referring to I remember vividly, but I don't recall seeing it on the DVDs, and therefore it most likely wouldn't have been shown in syndication either, but I could be wrong. I may need a little help with the information regarding this one because I'm not positive Theo was in college when this happened, and Theo had the party his freshmen year of college.
