My BF is positive there's an episode where Will takes little Nicky, who's 4 or 5 yrs old, to his 1st day of school. The class was having free time & a girl classmate is making things out of clay & she makes a horse or unicorn. Nicky makes something that looks like a rock & Nicky tells Will that it's a turtle hiding in its shell. The teacher then asks Nicky if the turtle is hiding in its shell because he's afraid of his 1st day of school. A little later in the school scene, Will asks the little girl in Nicky's class in a sarcastic way, "What is that, an articificial heart valve?" Because of Will's silly antics, Nicky isn't accepted into the school.

I don't remember this episode at all. Could someone tell me more about what went on in this episode w/ the other characters (Carlton, Hilary, etc.)
