Ronald is a fun symbol and even at McDonald's you can eat there w/o waddling out if you REALLY LOOK at the menu & the calorie counts: For ex, a sm. french fries, a diet coke and a fish fillet with 1/2 the bread would probably run you a little over 500 cals. It's the double this and triple and and the Super Size me that lead to the four-digit calorie meals.

That's ridiculous. It's not going to kill kids if they have a happy meal every once in a while. Also Mcdonalds has healthier happy meal options now, like those apple dippers things. If kids eat Mcdonalds all the time and just get fattening things then yes that's not healthy. Put the blame on the right people though, the parents. Ronald McDonald is an advertising icon and seeing him on tv doesn't lead to obesity in kids. It's the parents who are to blame as they're most often the ones paying for whatever their kids choose to eat. More often than not whenever I'm at McDonalds or any other fast food place, The parents let their kids order what they want and I never hear them choose from the so-called healthier menu. I have serious doubts that any of this true but if it is then they might as well get rid of Cookie Monster because he influences kids to stuff their guts with cookies. :rolleyes: and they should get rid of this guy also which really isn't a bad idea considering how annoying he is. :mad:

does any one remberthat one time 8 yearold was fat from eatting at mcdonles? the lawyers was trying to sue mcdonald. then they was this one women who spilled coffen in her lap and sued macdonles. ican see that why sue macdonels for geting fat? i think the mom just drop off her son ever day at mcdonels.

MAYOR MCCHEESE: Has a cheeseburger for a head. Encourages cannibalism.

HAMBURGLAR: Says it's okay for kids to steal food from McDonalds. Encourages a criminal lifestyle.

GRIMACE: Negative role model. Overweight as well. Encourages kids to be moody, fat and lazy.

If the Mom fed her kid McDonalds food every day, she should have her kid taken away from her. Or the state should fine her for bad parenting.

Nobody takes responsibility for their actions anymore, whether it be eating, watching TV, spending too much time on the computer. It's not up to the government or anyone else to supervise what your kid does -- it's yours!!
