Yeah I'm really good with tables, frames, etc. I'm almost finished with my FOL site, I built it using a HTML website maker, www.virtue.nu. I might post it up on here tomorrow even the there is such little content :talk:.

No lol I only know HTML. I've built a lot of pages with it. I don't know what PHP is. I also know Javascript. That's hard.

I dont know what PHP is but I doubt you have to use it to have a .com site. You could even use a simple page builder and still have a .com site as long you paid the bill.

I can teach you frames. They're pretty simple.

Yeah I know a lot of sites built with PHP but I just don't know what the heck it is. If you look at the end of a web address you can tell if it's built with it.
