In an ep roughly a year before the ep The Newlyweds Get Settled (#314 10/21/61) we see June as "Jane" in His Brother's Girl (#267 10/19/60) and she's Ricky's date. But David's orig. date gets a hankering for Ricky and Ricky's date "Jane" REALLY LIKES Dave. Jane's" little brother sorta plays Cupid by spilling the beans on the QT to Dave. Also the little guy runs counter to form as he's cute and well behaved - not like the little pests-from-Hell so often rolled out (for example, Ross in The Patty Duke Show). His Brother's Girl is kind of nice because, from the perspective of time, we get to look back and see a premonition of things to come.

Your thoughts on this ep and ALSO I know there were some other ep(s) where June appeared on the show BUT NOT as David's wife. Can you list them - I only remember one where she works as a temporary secy for Dave and the Law Office pretty much wants to fire her. (She botches the work) - can't remember the title offhand though.
