I would celebrate with the Howells since they could afford to bankroll a very expensive party!!! :D

I agree. I would also choose the Howells. The party and the presents would be magnificent. Also, I'd get a chance to wear things for which you'd need the right atmosphere--nothing would be too fancy!!!
