Since the last time that I came to this page, another episode of "Parenthood" has come and gone! Has anyone reading this been watching that series? Even though I feel bad that Helen Hunt did not get the part, I still like the show! This is just a theory, but I am going to offer it as a possible reason why nobody has been responding to my messages in regards to this show. People who are fans of "Mad About You" are so crazy about Helen Hunt that they feel a need to boycott any movie or series in which she is beaten out by another actress! Although I admire your loyalty, I think that if you would give this show a chance some of you might like it! One thing that sticks out in my mind about last Tuesday's episode has to do with swimming lessons. A modern day father and daughter were in some sort of Yuppie type activity called a Zen Swimming Class. Because of how much time the Yuppie mother spends with her job as lawer, she felt that she was missing out on being a part of her preschool daughter's life. She more or less got shamed into going to the indoor pool to be a part of the class. However, she thought that she would teach her daughter how swimming should really be done! She felt that she had a right to do this because of how many swimming awards she had won in college. Even though I did not like her attitude, I thought that she looked hot in her black bathing suit! Wow!
