Because of how impossible it seems to stimulate any conversation on this particular page, I am going to take yet another stab at starting a thread about site traffic! I noticed that my second to last thread has twenty-one views and zero replies. I have decided to commemorate this by writing about something that happened twenty-one years ago. The event that I have picked is that of the first "Sesame Street" birth! In 1989, Maria, who had recently married Luis gave birth to her first and only child Gabriala! This was four years after that first "Sesame Street" adoption. The adoption that I am writing about is that of Gordon and Susan's son Miles. By the way, shortly after Gabriala's birth, most people called her Gabby. One reason that I thought that you guys might be interested in this has to do with how much of a Yuppie show "Friends" is. "Sesame Street" was very popular when the first generation of Yuppies were growing up. You could probably even make a case that, it is because of the things that children learned from shows like "Sesame Street" that a lot of children were able to do well enough in school to work their way out the ghetto and become Yuppies! On top of this, if you think back to some of the episodes of "Freinds", you might remember a few cases in which "Sesame Street" was referenced!
