View Full Version : Model of the Brady Bunch set... onthesetflickr 03-11-2010, 09:26 AM As it was at Paramount stage 5! http://www.flickr.com/photos/24682838@N05/sets/72157611957371655/ Bachu 03-12-2010, 09:43 AM Interesting but part of me just thinks...why? Zoneboy 03-12-2010, 10:58 AM Interesting but part of me just thinks...why? Why not? It's no different than someone who builds model cars or ships. I just wish he would post the actual photos instead of links but I guess it doesn't matter either way. James 03-15-2010, 02:12 AM Neat-O! Bachu 03-16-2010, 08:48 AM Why not? It's no different than someone who builds model cars or ships. I just wish he would post the actual photos instead of links but I guess it doesn't matter either way. I guess for me that the model is a bit cartoony and not 100% realistic. You can't please everyone... sixfingers 03-16-2010, 10:54 AM Are those huge red things part of the model, or just part of the display? Bachu 03-17-2010, 08:45 AM I think they are the overhead lights. sixfingers 03-17-2010, 11:39 AM I think they are the overhead lights. But are they part of the display or are they supposed to be something that was on the original set? James 03-17-2010, 11:45 AM But are they part of the display or are they supposed to be something that was on the original set? They look like spotlights. sixfingers 03-17-2010, 12:26 PM They look like spotlights. SO you think they are supposed to be (scale?) models of the original stage lights, not just lights used to light up the model? James 03-17-2010, 12:54 PM SO you think they are supposed to be (scale?) models of the original stage lights, not just lights used to light up the model? Yes, they look like spotlights used on the original set, not the model. At least that's my take. sixfingers 03-17-2010, 01:29 PM Yes, they look like spotlights used on the original set, not the model. At least that's my take. I was thinking the same thing, but they seem out of proportion and not properly placed. Then again, I've never seen the set from that perspective so I don't know what that part of it looked like. Hughsgirl 03-19-2010, 05:31 AM Whoever did the models did a great job! Very detailed! Bachu 03-19-2010, 08:50 AM I think stage lights hanging from the rafters were quite huge. I for one would love to see some behind the scenes photos from the original set but I don't think I have really ever seen any... |
