Hi Eveyone As a long time fan of the cosby show i was More Than delighted That Thire Where Bringing Out The Cosby Show On To DVD however i was quite upset later on to find out season 1 was the sycdcation versions and not the full length NBC Netowork Versions now I was Also Quite Upset as Im Shure Many Other Folks Where Who Allready Had All The Season Of the Cosby Show On DVD To Find out When the Full seires Was Coming Out to DVD That the Company Who Realses The Cosby Show On DVD That They Where Going To put the full length Uncut Epesodies of season 1 Of The Cosby Show in the set and that was the only way you could get the uncut season 1 set of shows my question is this does any one know if they are going to Re-relase season 1 of the cosby show Uncut for folks like my self allready have all the shows on dvd and don't have the $100.00 Bascily to get the Uncut Epesoides of season 1 of the cosby show

I don't know, but I feel your frustration. That's the way I feel about Roseanne. The same thing, Season 1 is syndicated episodes. Seasons 2-7 are un-cut, then they screwed up again with butchered sets of seasons 8 & 9. I'm waiting for them to re-release season 1, then I'll start collecting this series. (or maybe they'll put out the complete series of Roseanne!) As far as The Cosby Show goes, I never bought any of the show because I was disappointed in the cut season 1 eps. But, then I bought the complete series on sale, after it was released, so I was lucky.

I guess I will never see the uncut season 1 since I can't purchae an entire set for one season.

Some of the international Season 1 releases are uncut. If you have a Region 2 or Region 4 DVD player, you could get one from overseas. They have it in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, and Australia. But of course, you'd have to know French, German, or Dutch, if you got it from France, Germany or Netherlands. But maybe you could get an English one from UK or Australia if you have the right region DVD player.
