First of all, she's a soccer mom, right? Are we really to belive that she can just step into the shoes of a lawyer, albiet a Junior Associate?

2ndly, they haven't explained her relationship with her husband - are they going to be sleeping together ?

I tried to like this show & gave it a good chance, but stopped watching some wks ago. Regarding if the show is realistic, there's thousands of lawyers w/ kids all over & regarding her relationship w/ her husband, they've seemed to have her maybe divorcing him, yet still hanging on w/ him all throughout the show since the beginning episode. She should just leave him & move on. I don't like his character anyway.
