At the time of his death, he was being investigated himself in his girlfriend’s suicide and whether or not it was actually a suicide. This actor was not a big star but had a recurring role in a popular sitcom and supporting roles in films. He also had a serious substance abuse problem. A jailhouse informant has given information that both the actor and his girlfriend might have been offed by organized crime due to both debts run up by the actor and the fear he may turn himself into the cops and give evidence in exchange for immunity as a way of escaping the debts.
