Well considering the "real" house doesn't look exactly like the one we saw on TV it isn't surprising that the value isn't that high. For example, the house we saw on TV had a fake window on it to make it appear that the house had a second floor (which the Brady's had) when in reality it didn't. Also the house doesn't match with the floor plan of the interior of the Brady house which they bult on the sound stage.

The location house is smaller as well as it is only one floor (a bungalow as we call them in the UK though I may have spelt it wrong). I bet they get a lot of people 'interested' who only want to have a look around. I know I would :p
