yea, I've seen it in the background in 2 or 3 episodes of "I DREAM OF JEANNIE" and I've heard that it can be seen in the opening of "HAZEL". (I can't confirm this; I haven't seen "HAZEL" in YEARS)

WTF is going on here? That's certainly not the shell on the Columbia ranch; for one thing it's a mirror-image of it.

Besides, the house used for Bewitched wasn't "real", it didn't even have a back or sides. What little there was of it that wasn't visible from the front was exposed to the elements. Good luck getting a Realtor interested in moving that.

I am sure that Brian is talking about the real house
being worth 1.7 Million $$$ not the Facade at the old Columbia ranch where Bewitched was filmed.
