Ooooh - that's too hard!

If I had to pick only two, I'd say:

Driving is the Only Way to Fly
And Something Makes Three

Personally i think the Pilot was the best episode in Season One & in the series as a whole.

What i am so impressed by is that unlike most shows Bewitched was essentially 100% running on all cylinders from the get go with the first line of the first scene, i find that remarkable.

That all the actors & actresses had their characterizations down pat shows the high degree of their professionalism, experience, classical theatrical training & pure talent.

My Number two Favorite episode from Season One i would say is #2 "Be it ever so Mortgaged".

There is just something so fresh & new & exciting about this episode as Darrin & Samantha discover the magical place at 1164 Morning Glory Circle in Westport Conn. where all the magic will happen for the next 8 years & into perpetuity.

Plus it was the first episode made after the show was picked up by ABC.

Larry Tate :)

The pilot was great, and so was A is For Aardvark, Illegal Separation, Open the Door, Witchcraft and Remember the Main. Those would be in my honorable mentions. :D

Speaking of Remember the Main, playing Ed Wright was actor Edward Mallory, who would very shortly after this appearance go on to a 14-year run as Dr. Bill Horton on Days of Our Lives. (His DAYS dad, MacDonald Carey, guested on S4's Birdies, Bogies and Baxter.) Mr. Mallory was at one point married to Joyce Bulifant (Marie on The Mary Tyler Moore Show). Joyce really was pregnant in an early MTM episode with their first child together, John. After Ed and Joyce divorced, Joyce remarried in the late 70s - to none other than William Asher! He adopted John, who today is known as John Mallory Asher, who starred on Weird Science. He also went on to marry and divorce Jenny McCarthy. Edward Mallory passed on in 2007.

I'd like to give an honorable mention to: Little Pitchers Have Big Fears. I'm a big June Lockhart fan :D
