A while back, I posted a message called "Helen's Rejection". I am sure that by now this one has been pushed at least as far back as the second page of this board! Incidentialy, this is one of the few threads started by me that got at least one response. In any event, this was about the fact that she was beaten out by Kari Michaelson for the part of Katie Kinisky from "Gimme a Break!". This was a show that I enjoyed almost as much as "Mad About You"! I had almost as much of a crush on Lauri Hendler (who played Julie) as I did on Helen Hunt! In any case, in between the time that I posted this and the present, someone posted a thread about Helen being considered for a part on the upcoming series called "Parenthood". I have recently read about her being beaten out by another actress whose name I do not remember. Although I still plan on giving this show a chance, I feel bad about not getting to see good old Helen once a week again!
